In the past few months, I've experienced a profound shattering that led me to uncharted territory. The grief and pain have resurfaced buried emotions, and now I'm facing the broken pieces and unresolved childhood trauma, while learning to live.

While social media often glamorizes healing, I have learned firsthand that healing comes with a hefty price—often more than we anticipate.

Sometimes the most brave thing you can do is release control.
Surrendering to uncertainties and relinquishing the need for everything to be figured out opens us to the fullness of the healing journey. By embracing vulnerability and letting go, we create space for growth, transformation, and new possibilities. It’s okay to surrender, it’s okay if it’s out of your hands.
